She had her first boob implant when she was just 20 year old.The  beautiful Kylie Jenner reveled the truth on an episode of keeping up with the Kardashian. Jenner said' I have temporary lip fillers, it's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted to do.

Dianna Agron had surgery done on her nose when she was 25.
