Rusty Edward Sellner broke into the singer’s Toluca Lake home on December 16 last year, stealing a large amount of property belonging to Cyrus and her brother. He appeared in court after pleading no contest on February 11 to first-degree residential burglary for breaking into the pop star’s house. Sellner was arrested by officers from the Los Angeles Police Department on January 5th.
According to MailOnline, Sellner has previous convictions for burglary and evading arrest, and a hearing will be scheduled later to determine how much in restitution he has to pay back to Cyrus.
